Ft Worth Record----28 Jan 1911

MRS. FANNIE GEE- Mrs. Fannie Gee aged 62 years, died at a local hospital 
at noon Friday of injuries sustained when an instantaneous water heater 
exploded at her home in Ryan, Okla., two weeks ago. Mrs. Gee's left leg 
was shattered by the explosion and she was injured internally. Shortly 
after the accident she was brought here by her daughter, Mrs. J. R. True, 
and placed in a hospital for treatment. Her condition grew gradually 
worse, however, until her death Friday. Mrs. Gee was a resident of Ryan 
for many years. She is survived by the one daughter who lives in that 
city. The body was forwarded to Ryan Friday night by Undertaker Robertson 
where funeral services will be conducted today.
