Hatcher 10 Apr 1917 - 20 Apr 2002 Victory Cemetery, Victory Funeral for Robert K. Hatcher, 85, Lawton, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Hatcher died Saturday, April 20, 2002, at a local nursing home. Burial will be at Victory Cemetery in Victory. He was born April 10, 1917, in Waurika to R.C. and Mable V. King Hatcher. He joined the Army in August 1940 and was honorably discharged in November 1945. He married Clara Stout on Jan. 20, 1962, and moved to Lawton that same year. She died July 3, 1999. He was the plumbing supervisor for the City of Lawton until his retirement. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and was a member of the Builders Sunday School Class. He is survived by a brother, Cullen Hatcher, Duncan; a nephew, Harvey Thomason, Snyder; and a niece, Wilma Pickens, Oklahoma City. He was preceeded in death by his parents.
