All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 4 Jan 2003 Jeanne Malone CARNEGIE - Funeral for Jeanne Malone, 80, Carnegie, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Carnegie United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ricky Huggins officiating. Mrs. Malone died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, in Carnegie. Burial will be at Fort Cobb Cemetery under direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home, Carnegie. She was born March 1, 1922, in Ringling, to Lester Jefferson and Hortense Turner Tripp. She married I.D. "Skeet" Malone on Feb. 7, 1943, in San Diego, Calif. She was a bank teller and secretary for a tag and insurance agency. She also owned and operated an embroidery shop. She was a member of Carnegie United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Paul Schnabel, Carnegie; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Ted Turner and Sally Tripp, Ringling; and Jack Lewis and Maxcine Tripp, Waurika; nine grandchildren and their spouses: Sonja and Keith Teeter; Kendra West; Michelle and Larry Owen; Donna Hodges and Bill; Elysa and Jaime Mandujano; Kyle Hodges; Doni and Dana Files; Cari and Earl Brewer; and Megan and Loren Bridge; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.
