She was born December 21, 1924 in Ryan, OK to Cleopha and Alma (Fagan) Brooks. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, M.F. Norton; a brother, Billy L. Brooks and a granddaughter, Vicci Lynn Seales. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Seales; a granddaughter, Shelly J. Kale of Seattle WA; 2 great grandchildren, Angel Owens and Cally F. Owens; 3 sisters, Peggy I. Percival of Norman, OK, Barbara Little and husband Jeff of OKC, and Dian Gornall of OKC; 3 brothers, Ray M. Brooks and wife Ann of OKC, Darrell L. Brooks and wife Alice of Washington, OK, and David Brooks and wife Carolyn of OKC; numerous nieces, nephews and other loved ones.
