Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday, White's Chapel United Methodist Church, 185 S. White Chapel, Southlake. Interment: will follow service in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Dallas. Open visitation: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas. Visitation with the family will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Memorials: may be made to Vitas Hospice, 2501 Park View Drive, Suite 600, Fort Worth 76102; or White's Chapel United Methodist Church. George was born Feb. 7, 1916, in Jacksboro to Henry and Blanche Vaught Price. He graduated from Addington High School in Addington, Okla., and also graduated from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He loved watching the Sooners play football. George was a rancher at Price Cattle Company in Addington, Okla., for many years and had a love for travel and gardening and was an avid reader. He was a member of the White's Chapel United Methodist Church and the Timarron Country Club in Southlake. The family wishes to give special thanks to his caregivers, Jessie Bonnett, Earlana Garu and Miriam Ndandarika. He was preceded in death by his son, George Henry Price; and brothers, John Henry Price, James Larry Price and Robert Gene Price. Survivors: Wife of 44 years, Elizabeth Mills Price; children, Allen Price and wife, Karen, Dorothy Kearney and husband, Bill, Suzy McGonigle and husband, Kelly, Richard Hawn and wife, Diane, John Hawn and wife, Michelle, Edwin Hawn and wife, Rebecca, Robert Price and wife, JoAnn, and Preston Price and wife, Donna; 24 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and his beloved sister, Margaret Price Bradley.
