B. WAINSCOTT After several years of illness, Mrs. J. B. WAINSCOTT died July 9 at the family home in east Waurika. Funeral services were conducted July 10 at the Morris Chapel by Rev. G. LYLE SMITH of the Waurika Christian Church of which she was a member. Interment was in the Waurika cemetery. JOSIE CLANNAHAN was born at Gainesville, Texas, Feb. 20(?), 1886, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. CLANNAHAN. The family lived at Gainesville and later moved to Ardmore area where she was married 38 years ago to J. B. WAINSCOTT. The family lived around Gainesville and Ardmore until 19 years ago when they moved to Waurika area. Mr. and Mrs. Wainscott were the parents of five children, one dying in infancy. Surviving are VERDIE, Mrs. J. E. LOKEY of Waurika; OTIS of Wichita Falls; DOROTHY, Mrs. JIMMIE CULLAR of Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. JOYCE BROWN of Walters and MURIEL of the home; they with Mr. Wainscott mourn her loss. There is one grandchild. Mrs. Wainscott is also survived by her father, W. E. CLANNAHAN of Hobart; three brothers, CLARK CLANNAHAN of Hobart, JAY CLANNAHAN of Cordell; ALLEN CLANNAHAN of Olney, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. T. I. MEANS of Rockey and Mrs. CLAUDE MASSEY of Canadian.
