   Richard Garner lived in Ravia around 1910. His daughter, Emma Dorinda
   Garner taught school near Ravia.. She married Thomas Frank Smith on
   April 7, 1912 in Tishomingo. Smith ran the Smith Livery Stable in
   Tishomingo with his father, T.J. Smith. Thomas Frank Smith also worked
   on the construction of East Central State.
