"Bill", 1900-1992 passed away July 9, 1992. Bill was in law enforcement in Wapanucka, Stringtown and Tishomingo. He & Myrtle operated a dry good store in Wapanucka for many years. They retired and lived in Carney before moving to Midwest City. He was a dedicated Christian man who loved the Lord and his church. He loved Myrtle and his family unselfishly. He is survived by Myrtle his wife of 74 years, his children Alene Alexander, Bill and Jerry Cox, Leejoyce and Bill Mousner, Bob & Suzanne Cox, his grandchildren; Paula & Jerry Jackson, Randy & Cara Alexander, Nancy Joyce, Mike Marshall, Linda & Steve Doede, Larry Cox, Tommy & Sandy Cox, Dorothy & Danny Williams, many great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and the family of friends at Four Seasons Nursing Home, Midwest City, who has cared for Bill & Myrtle lovingly for the past few years. Services will be at 11:00am Saturday, July 11, 1992 at the Carney Baptist Church with burial in Carney Cemetery, Carney, Ok. Rev. Scott Stearman will officiate.
