Norris Hatter.johnston

MORTON - Norris Hatter, 86, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Missionary Baptist Church 
with the Rev. Danny Jackson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in 
Morton Memorial Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home of Morton.

Mr. Hatter was born in Coleman, Okla., and moved to Morton in 1943 
from Friona. He was a farmer.

He married Dorotha Faye Smith in 1942 at Clovis, N.M. She died in 
1987.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Hatter of Morton and Bob Hatter of 
Konawa, Okla.; a daughter, Linda Kittrell of Southmayd; three 
brothers, Ed Hatter of Carson City, Nev., Jack Hatter of Weatherford 
and J.T. Hatter of Oxnard, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-
grandchildren.
