Bud was so loved by his family and always put them first. He was a dedicated husband and dad whose commitment was to his family and caring for them. His grandchildren were the light of his life and he loved them dearly. Daddy was an avid reader, loved his baseball, fishing and his trips to Las Vegas and Laughlin. Bud was predeceased by his loving wife, Wanda in 2002, his parents and brother, Bob Jones. Bud and Wanda were married for fifty-six loving years. He is survived by his four children and their spouses, Linda (Sammi) and Dick Wurster of Bakersfield, Louise and Art Hernandez of Bakersfield, Bud and Denise (Dennie) Jones of Bakersfield and Vicki and Mark Mitchell of Atascadero, grandsons and spouses, Bart and Lori Cantrell, Jason and Jennifer Cantrell, Brad and Katie Mitchell, Chad and Nicole Mitchell, grandsons, Ryan Jones, Rick Wurster, granddaughters, Kaity Jones and Wendy Wurster, great- grandsons, Blake Cantrell, Cody Wurster and Chase Wurster, great- greatgrandchildren, Trew Mitchell, Kade Mitchell, and Cameron Cantrell, along with extended family Lori Cantrell Rubio.
