Neugent C.M. Neugent, 88, of Dibble died Thursday, May 8, at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Iron Chapel Freewill Baptist Church east of Dibble with the Revs. Barry Clagg and Ivan Steinhour officiating. Burial will be at Dibble Cemetery. Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell is handling arrangements. Mr. Neugent was born May 17, 1914, in Ravia, to James Ciscero Neugent and Ida Mae Graham. He and his wife, Wilma, were married Sept. 5, 1935. He worked as a truck driver and mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Joann Elizabeth Neugent; three sisters, Ida Talbert, Hazel Neely and Thelma Wiggs; and a son-in-law, Joe Koerner. Survivors include his wife, Wilma of the home; three daughters, Carolyn Hedrick and husband, Don, of Dibble, Patsy Koerner of Dibble and Wanda Higgins and husband, Cliff, of Purcell; two sons, Jim Neugent and wife, Sally, of Oklahoma City and Dan Neugent and wife, Debbie, of Moore; four sisters, Dona Plumtree of Elgin, Christine Neely of Elgin, Georgia Anaya and husband, Robert, of Dallas and Clorine Brown and husband, Harless, of Dallas; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Johnston County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/johnston/johnston.html
