Jr. of Newcastle, Oklahoma, was born to parents Frank R. Taylor I and Bertha Baggett Taylor of Wapanucka, Oklahoma, on October 10, 1926. He departed this life on June 1, 1992 at Baptist Memorial Hospital while awaiting a heart transplant. He graduated from Central High School in Oklahoma City, and then attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He served in the United States Air Force, completing two tours in S.E. Asia, tours in Germany, Japan, North Aftrica nad at various bases worldwide. He earned numerous bronze stars, several silver stars, and other commendations. After retirement, he managed Tulsa Rebar for several years. In his spare time , he was involved in rodeos and fishing. He attended First Southern Baptist Church in Del City. Survivors included Bertha Taylor of Del City; Dona Taylor of Stillwater; Bob and Pat Ramsey of Tulsa; Frank and Gaylene Taylor, Tawny and Raewyn, of Okmulgee; Linda and Dan Davis, Ryan and Eric, of Tulsa; Lisa and Lanny Davis, Angel Anne, Rebecca, and John Mark, of Howell, Michigan; neices, nephews, and many friends. He was proceeded in death by his father, Frank R. Taylor, Sr., and his brother, Donald L. (Ducky) Taylor. Services will be held at noon on Wed., June 3, Bill Eisenhour SE Chapel. Burial in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
