All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::?--Ponca City OK Tucson Citizen, Tucson AZ Bennett, Wanda Elaine age 80, moved on to be reunited with her husband, Mark on January 19, 2006. Viewing will be held on Monday, January 23, 2006 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, AVALON CHAPEL. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, 8090 N. Northern Avenue, in Tucson, the funeral and burial will follow later in the week in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Wanda was born in Webb City, Oklahoma, April 16, 1925, the daughter of John C. Fair and Lola (Duncan) Fair. She grew up in Oklahoma and, there, began her long and distinguished career teaching school, continuing it when she later moved to Tucson. Through her almost 50 years as a teacher she touched the lives of thousands of students who have now grown but remember her guidance and her smile and her love. She is survived by her brother, Delbert Fair and his wife, Joy; her son, Brad Bennett; her son, Kim Bennett and his wife, Marilyn; her grandchildren, Brian, Natalie and Jason; her great- grandchildren, Jake and Logan; as well as, all the very special people she adopted as her own during her glorious journey through this life.
