Lena Marie Gilchrist

HAYSVILLE, Kan. - Lena Marie Gilchrist, 75, died Monday, Jan. 12, 
1998.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Sillin Funeral Home at 
Sterling with the Rev. Robert Friesen officiating. Burial was in 
Raymond Hilltop Cemetery.

Mrs. Gilchrist was born in Ponca City, Okla. She moved to Haysville 
in 1997 from Higgins, Texas. She was a homemaker.

She married John Russell Gilchrist in 1950 in New Mexico.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Lonnie Gilchrist of 
Haysville and Bobby Gilchrist of Carbondale, Ill.; a daughter, Orline 
Baird of Pampa, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and five great-
grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
