A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. John Ware presiding. Arrangements are under the direction of Strode Funeral Home. Thompsen was born Dec. 1, 1923, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Fredrick James and Nellie Jane Lusk. She married John Andrew Thompsen Dec. 20, 1952, in Los Angeles Calif. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She is survived by her two sons, John A. Thompsen Jr. and his wife Cindy of Perkins, and James Thompsen and his wife Carol of Ponca City; one daughter, Julie Anderson and her husband Richard of Athol, Idaho; 10 grandchildren, Dana, Andrew and Matthew Thompsen, Rebekah and Rachel Thompsen, and Nathan, Christopher, Brian, Amy, and Benjamin Anderson; and one sister, Barbara Titcomb and her husband Hank of Palmdale, Calif.
