Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Porter residence, 215 West Padon, with Rev. Jack Carroll, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be at IOOF cemetery under the direction of Porter Funeral home. Mr. Seymour resided at 424 South Fourth and had lived in Blackwell since 1899, working as a fireman at the city power plant until his retirement. He was born June 15, 1879 at Agency, Missouri. Surviving are four children, a daughter, Audrey Seymour of the home and three sons, Gordon of Shawnee, Carl of Graham, Texas and Lee of Blackwell; one sister, Mrs. Ida Frampton also of Blackwell; a number of grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
