Mrs. Miller was 86 years of age. Miller was born March 20, 1916 at Washunga, OK. to Leon A. and Sarina Maude (Farnsworth) Kennedy. She was raised and received her education in the Washunga area. She had lived in Oklahoma City and in Florida. On April 28, 1980, she was united in marriage to Francis "Red" Miller in Valdosta, GA. After their marriage, they moved to Kaw City from Florida. For the past 10 years, they have resided in Newkirk. Mrs. Miller was one of the elder members of the Kaw Tribe, had been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and had been baptized in the First Christian Church of Kaw City. Survivors include her husband of the home and a niece in Washington state. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and a brother. At her request, she was cremated and no formal services were held.
