She was born December 23, 1932 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She is survived by Ken, her husband of 53 years; daughter, Karen and Tom Reich; granddaughters, Betsy, Emily and Katie Reich. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald and Mary Oliver, James and Marie Oliver and Wanda and James Loving. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Margaret Morley. Bette spent four years as an Air Force wife before moving to Phoenix for 35 years. She managed a commercial construction company and was also very active in "Bible Study Fellowship", serving for three years as a discussion leader. The couple retired to Prescott Arizona for ten years before moving to Tucson in 2002 to be near family. A memorial service will be held at Vistoso Community Church, 1200 E. Rancho Vistoso Blvd. on Friday, April 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Casa de la Luz Hospice, 400 W. Magee Road, Tucson, Arizona.
