Andy Wood, Pioneer Officer Here, Dies. 

  Andrew W. Wood, known to early residents of Kingfisher as "Andy," 
Died Friday in a Tulsa
 hospital at the age of 85 years. 
  Wood came to Kingfisher in 1889 and was a deputy United States 
marshal during early territorial 
days. Later he was city marshal here for a number of years. 
  He left here in 1907 for Tulsa, where he was assistant fire marshal 
for a long period. 
  News of his death was received here by Joe Grimes, an old friend 
who had kept in touch with him during the years since he had left Kingfisher.
