All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Hennessey Cemetery--Hennessey OK Barber, April (Lott) The funeral for April (Lott) Barber, 27, will be at 1:30 PM, Friday, August 23, 2002, at the First Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Don Rogers. Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home. April was born on April 21, 1975, in Kingfisher, to Donald and Nancy Shaw Lott, and died Saturday, August 17, 2002, near St. Augustine, Florida. April graduated from Hennessey High School in 1993. She was salutatorian of her graduating class. She then attended Oklahoma State University for three and one half years before transferring to OU Health and Allied Sciences where she earned a degree in radiology in 1999. She was an Academic All Stater and a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. April was employed at Singletary Oncology Center Dosimetry Department in Thomasville, Georgia at the time of her death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hennessey. She married Justin Barber, in the Bahamas, on August 4, 1999. April is survived by her husband, Justin Barber of the home; her father, Don Lott; one sister, Julie Lott, one brother, Kendon Lott, both of Hennessey; and numerous aunts, uncles and other family members. Her mother, Nancy, and all four grandparents, preceded April in death.
