All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Sayre Doxey Cemetery--Sayre OK Minnie Beatrice Hare KINGFISHER, Okla. - Minnie Beatrice Hare, 94, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Sayre Doxey Cemetery in Sayre with the Rev. Doyle Roark officiating. Arrangements are by Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga. Mrs. Hare was born Sept. 17, 1910, in Sayre to Joseph and Geraldine Perrin Grady. She was a resident of Amarillo, Texas, for 60 years. Minnie moved to Watonga in 1992 and in 2000, moved to Kingfisher. In the 1970s, she retired from Southwestern Bell, where she was a telephone operator and administrative clerk. She attended Sayre schools and was a member of Buchanan Street Methodist Church in Amarillo and Watonga Methodist Church. She married Uhlan Hare at Sayre on April 26, 1932. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son; and four sisters. Survivors include three granddaughters, Dana Bessinger of Watonga, Lisa Storm of Kingfisher and Kyndal Roark of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six great-grandchildren, Travis Bessinger, Meredith Storm, Jay Bessinger, Nick Storm, Keaton Roark and Ross Roark; a sister, Billye Jo Austin of Anderson, S.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to Russell Murray Hospice in El Reno or to Buchanan Street Methodist Church of Amarillo.
