All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== The Kingfisher Times & Free Press, Kingfisher, Oklahoma Sunday, January 27, 2002 Stanley Paul Wolf Stanley Paul Wolf, 56, lifelong resident of Kingfisher, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2002, at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Kingfisher with Rev. David Krepel officiating. Burial will follow in the Kingfisher Cemetery with full American Legion final rites. He was born Aug. 7, 1945, in Kingfisher to Arnold and Lola Collins Wolf. He was a 1963 graduate of Kingfisher High School. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond for two years. He served in the Army during the Vietnam conflict and was stationed in Germany. He was a member of the Kingfisher American Legion, Post No. 5, serving as adjutant and treasurer. He served on the American Legion Final Rites Team for many years and was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Survivors include his father, Arnold Wolf of Kingfisher; two sons, Shawn Thomsen and Derrick Wolf, both of Kingfisher; one daughter, Shawna Stafford of Hennessey; two brothers, Ron Wolf of Edmond and Barry Wolf of Bishop, Texas, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother.
