Ila Cora Byers

CARNEGIE - Graveside service for Ila Cora Byers, 90, Carnegie, will be 
at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hobart Rose Cemetery.

Mrs. Byers died Saturday, July 26, 2003, in Hobart.

Arrangements are by Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home.

She was born in Roosevelt on Feb. 19, 1913, to Alva and Faye Cooper 
Bates. She married Fletcher Byers on July 18, 1936, in Lawton. He died 
July 18, 1997. She was a member of the Methodist Church, Missionary 
Society and the Homemakers Club.

Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law: Leland and Carolyn 
Bates, Riverside, Calif.; and two nieces: Carolyn Garrison, Elk City; 
and Loretta Pearce, Riverside, Calif.
