::Memorial Park Cemetery--Muleshoe TX

Don Bruns

MULESHOE - Don Bruns, 88, died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2003.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Muleshoe Church of Christ with 
Curtis Shelburne and Nathan Hill officiating. Burial will be in 
Muleshoe Memorial Park Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home.

Mr. Bruns was born Feb. 25, 1915, in Mountain Park, Okla. He married 
Frances Marie Robertson in Clovis, N.M., on Sept. 30, 1939. He moved 
to Muleshoe from Farwell in 1949. He was a farmer and a member of the 
Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his wife on Dec. 7, 1994; and two 
brothers, Les Bruns and Jack Bruns.

Survivors include a son, Ronald "Bud" Bruns of Amarillo; three 
daughters, Donna Kay Pittman of Amarillo and Debbie Joe Kemp and 
Tammy Black, both of Muleshoe; a sister, Ruth Briscoe of Muleshoe; 13 
grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
