Family visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the College Church of Christ family room in Searcy, Ark. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the College Church of Christ. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Powell Funeral Home in Searcy is handling arrangements. Mrs. Corbin was born Jan. 20, 1937, in Hobart, to Charles Wesley and Evelyn Johnson Latimer. She married Bob J. Corbin Nov. 26, 1958. Mr. Corbin was a professor at Harding University in Arkansas. Mrs. Corbin received a bachelor’s degree from Harding University in 1977. She was a math and fourth-grade teacher before she retired. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Corbin was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Corbin is survived by her son, R. Scott Corbin and wife, Jennie, of Searcy; daughters, Connie White and husband, Mark, and Cheryl Finely and husband, Scott, all of Searcy; sisters, Margaret Davis of Las Cruces, N.M., and Marie Atterberry of Bella Vista; and grandchildren, Grant, Cara and Garrett White, Ty, Trent and Tara Finely and Mullen, Grayson and Tucker Corbin.
