Willie Louis Garrett

PLAINVIEW - Willie Louis Garrett, 64, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Wood-Dunning Funeral Home Colonial 
Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Tolson, associate pastor of Good Samaritan 
Outreach Pentecostal Church of God, officiating. Burial will be in Kress 
Cemetery in Kress.

Mr. Garrett was born in Roosevelt, Okla. He moved to Plainview in 1953 
from Paducah.

He operated Garrett Pump Service, a water well pump company, for 47 years. 
He was a member of the Pentecostal church.

Survivors include his wife, Reba Nelson Garrett; two daughters, Delores 
Garrett of Plainview and Betty Ann Garrett of Jacksonville, Fla.; three 
sons, Bobby Garrett and Douglas Garrett, both of Plainview, and Loyd 
Garrett of Levelland; a stepson, Steven Todd Sheppard of Plainview; his 
mother, Ella Belle Garrett of Littlefield; two brothers, Buck Garrett of 
Levelland and Doyle Garrett of Ennis; and 14 grandchildren.
