Vena Hopkins

PAMPA - Vena Hopkins, 95, died Saturday, March 28, 1998.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel 
with Dr. Jim Prock, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial 
will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Hopkins was born in Darden, Tenn., and had been a resident of Pampa 
since 1934. She was a Baptist.

She married Art Hopkins in 1923 at Hobart, Okla. He died in 1977. She also 
was preceded in death by a son, Ralph W. Hopkins.

Survivors include a son, Troy Hopkins of Miami; four grandchildren; and 
four great-grandchildren.
