The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== Surnames: McCullough, Hutcherson, McClurg, Ewy, Hudson Funeral services for George Washington McCullough, aged Kiowa County resident who died Wednesday following three weeks illness, were told at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the chapel of the Gish Funeral Home with Rev. P. F. Hutcherson, pastor of the Hobart Gospel Tabernacle, officiating. McCullough was born February 3, 1865, in Iowa, and was married to Miss Harriet McClurg on October 7, 1886 in Davis County, Iowa. To this union were born ten children, three of whom preceded him. At the time of his death the 74 year-old man was living one-half mile west of Hobart. Surviving him are the widow; four sons, Nova C. McCullough, Ottis S. McCullough, Alfred H. McCullough, and Clyde C. McCullough, all of Hobart; and three daughters, Mrs. Bertha B. Ewy, Lone Wolf; Mrs. Mary E. Hudson, Hobart; and Miss Winnie J. McCullough, Oklahoma City. Interment was made in the Lone Wolf Cemetery under direction of the Gish Funeral Home. --------------------------------------------------------------------
