M.D. McLaughlin

SPEARMAN - M.D. "Mac" McLaughlin, 74, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Church of Christ with Willie 
Tolison, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Hansford Cemetery by 
Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. McLaughlin was born in Lone Wolf, Okla. He had lived in the Spearman 
area for 56 years, moving from Lone Wolf. He was a farmer and rancher. He 
was a member of the Spearman Church of Christ.

He married Jo Jackson in 1948 at Spearman.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Danny McLaughlin of Spearman; two 
sisters, Mabel Wright of Albuquerque, N.M., and Helen Adams of Walnut 
Creek, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to the Spearman Church of Christ 
benevolence fund, 121 S. Haney, Spearman, Texas 79081; or a favorite 
charity.
