All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Blonnie Davis Walls The youngest of four children, Blonnie was born on October 16, 1919, in Mountain View, OK to William Baxter and Effie Goodwin Davis. She passed away in Selma on Tuesday, January 20, 2004, at the age of 84, following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents; her two brothers, R.A. Davis of Riverdale, and Jesse Davis of Selma; her beloved son, Richard Walls and his wife Nancy; and her beloved son-in-law, Norman Maaskant. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Orval "Buddy" Walls of Selma; her three children, Norma Maaskant of Selma, Kenneth Walls and his wife Sylvia of Selma, and Bonnie Barton and her husband Billy of Kingsburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Tamara Ledesma- Recek of Fresno, Russell Walls of Selma, Tim Ledesma of Newburg, OR, Todd Ledesma of Roseville, Stacy Walls Aslan and Jeff Clausen of Kingsburg, Kellie Walls Satariano of Visalia, and Aimee Clausen Freitas of Lemoore; also eight great-grandchildren, Sarah Rose and James Russell Walls, Derek and Carter Aslan, Julie and Jason Clausen, and Megan and Jordan Ledesma. She is also survived by her loving sister, Gwen Oliver of Kingsburg, as well as a large extended family including brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews. Blonnie's family was blessed by the loving care provided to her the past eight years at the Selma Bethel Lutheran Home, and are especially appreciative of the care and compassion extended to them for the past month by the Selma Adventist Hospital and their skilled nursing staff. Visitation will be held at Page Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 23, 2004, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3843 Avenue 400 in Kingsburg, on Saturday, January 24, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Remembrances may be made to the Michael J.
