All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Ouimet Bros FH--Concord CA Cooper, Betty June Betty June Cooper 9/26/1937 - 6/4/2006 Resident of Pleasant Hill Betty passed away peacefully at the age of 68 in Concord having lead a full and active life. Beloved wife of Donald L. Cooper, married for 51 years. She was born in Wilburton, OK, and moved to Concord at age 6, then moved to Pleasant Hill in 1988. Betty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who received great joy in helping others, especially her family and friends. Her door was always open to anyone in need. She touched so many lives and will be greatly missed by all of those fortunate to have known her. Betty is survived by her beloved husband, Donald L. Cooper; her two sons, Donald L. Cooper Jr. and David K. Cooper; two grandchildren, Amanda Cooper and Logan Cooper; sister, Anna Belle Sawyer of Napa; three brothers, James I. Howe of Pittsburg, Alfred D. "Buck" Howe of Grants Pass, Oregon and Bill D. Wilson of Concord; and numerous relatives. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Issac J. and Mary D. Howe; two sisters, Mary L. McCullar and Wanda J. Howe; and two brothers, Joe J. "Tudy" Howe and Delbert O. "Booster" Howe. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Ouimet Bros. Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road, Concord, CA. For our loss bring your sorrow, to honor her memory bring your stories, to celebrate her life bring the light in your heart and a sparkle in your eye, remember always her laugh, and bring your laughter with you along with your tears.
