Barlow Rex Leonard Barlow, 87, of Yuba City died Oct. 21, 2006, at the Yuba City Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Panama, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 58 years. He retired from Yuba City Steel and Products after 42 years of service. Also, he was a member of the Yuba City Rod and Gun Club. Survivors include two daughters, Priscilla Wilcoxen of Yuba City and Marcy Loverin of Live Oak; a son, George Barlow of Yuba City; a brother, Bob Barlow of Yuba City; two sisters, Lydia Provence of Yuba City and Claudine Hagler of San Angelo, Texas; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Inez Barlow; a daughter, Deanna Tiff; a brother, Ed Barlow; and a granddaughter. Donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 21-4477, Sacramento, CA 95821. Services: Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. A service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Thursday, also at the chapel, followed by a reception at the Wilcoxen residence, 1787 Independence Drive, Yuba City.
