All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED BLAIR, KEITH Born in Shady Point, OK, on March 1, 1937, Keith Blair grew up in northern California, attending Mt. Diablo High School in Concord, CA, and then serving in the National Guard. He moved to San Diego shortly after beginning his career of 39 years at Caltrans and marrying the late Katherine (Bullitt) Blair, who died on October 12, 1985. Upon retirement in 1997, Keith relocated to northern California to be closer to his son, Michael Blair of Magalia. During the last decade of his life, Keith built his dream house in the forest, cultivated many new friendships, and became active in his church, especially with the Barnabas Men's Ministry. After an amazingly brave battle with cancer, Keith died in Paradise, CA, on March 13, 2007. His life was celebrated by family and friends at Bidwell Presbyterian Church in Chico, CA, on March 16th.
