Evans, Allen Rae

Allen Rae Evans, 55, Poteau, OK, passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2002. Born
Sept. 24, 1946 in Poteau. Services 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2002 at
First Church of the Nazarene, Poteau, with Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating.
Interment at Oakland Cemetery, Poteau. Survived by wife, Jeanie Evans, of
Poteau; children, Sean Evans & wife, Amanda of Poteau, Shannon Evans of
Poteau, Shane Evans of Orlando, FL; granddaughters, Shelby Nicole Evans
and Sydney Noel Evans of Poteau; mother, Wylene Evans of Poteau; brother,
Dewayne Evans of Poteau; sister, Shelby Walker of Poteau, OK; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones, and a host of beloved
friends. Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his father, Roy Evans and a
brother, David Evans of Cameron. Arrangements under the direction of Evans
& Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
