Hopkins March 02, 1921 - November 13, 2004 Howe, Oklahoma Funeral Service: 2:00 PM November 16, 2004 at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, Oklahoma Interment: November 16, 2004 at Vaughn Cemetery, Gilmore, Oklahoma William Nicholas Hopkins, 83, of Howe passed away Saturday, November 13, 2004 in Poteau. He was born March 2, 1921 in Boswell, OK to Charlie and Rady Hopkins. He served in the Air Force 21 years. He is proceeded in death by his parents and three brothers; Aubry, Carl and Hugh Hopkins. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joyce, of the home; one son Stanley A. Hopkins of Howe; four daughters and son-in- laws; Nyala C. Wristen of Victorville, CA., Sandra Busonick and husband Chuck of Poteau, Cynthia L. Hopkins of Panama and Nancy C. Coffey and husband Kenneth of Poteau; two brothers Henry Hopkins of Boswell, OK and Tommy Hopkins of Woodward, OK; two sisters, Joyce McMinn of Lone Grove, OK and Sue Stroud of Housten, TX. 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and many more beloved family and friends. Pallbearers will be Aaron Hopkins Chuck Busonick, Danny Darneall, Chris Darneall, Lynn Darneall. Chapel services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Les Scroggins officiating. Interment will follow at the Vaughn Cemetery in Gilmore.
