"Luke" Hoosier 1915 - 2005 Luther E. "Luke" Hoosier, 89, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2005, at a Mansfield hospital. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday in Blessing Colonial Chapel. Burial: St. Paul Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Blessing Funeral Home. Luke was born Dec. 25, 1915, in Le Flore, Okla., the son of James and Martha Hoosier. He had lived in Mansfield since 1960, and had driven many years for TXI in Midlothian and Carnation Can Co. in Mansfield before his retirement. He was preceded in death by a sister, Edna Hoosier Wright, of Ava, Mo.; and brothers, Donzell and Floyd Bunton, both of Fort Worth.
