Doris V. Morrow (Burgess)

October 13, 1926 May 2, 2005

Doris V. Morrow (Burgess) was born October 13, 1926, in Poteau, Oklahoma, 
and passed away on May 2, 2005, in Bakersfield, CA, where she was a Kern 
County employee at KMC for several years. She is survived by her children: 
Jim Hewitt of Wyoming, Louis Hewitt of Arkansas, Russell Burgess, Leslie 
Burgess, Kenneth Burgess, and David Burgess, all of Bakersfield, and 
Barbara Thomas and her husband, Gary of Tehachapi; her step-sons, Jimmy 
and his wife, Brenda of Bakersfield, and Rhonald and his wife, Audrea of 
Rosemond. Doris was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Ann Hewitt.

Services for Doris will be held Saturday, May 14, 2005, at 2 p.m., at 
River of Life Church (8510 Weedpatch Hwy.) Pastor Doug Estabrook will 
officiate.
