She was 85. She was born Oct. 22, 1921, in Summerfield, Okla., to Henry and Bonnie Duncan Martin. She married Herb Jones in 1940 in Springfield. He died in 1948. She married Dean McDonald in 1950 in Washington. He died March 3, 2005. She was a homemaker and worked as a boxxkeeper for McDonald Logging for many years. Survivors include four daughters, Joy Bobo of Elk Grove, Calif., Gay Lembert of Salem, Merry Wallace of Rancho Murieta, Calif., and Wanda Wedmore in Springfield; two brothers, Foy Martin of Springfield and Joe Ben Martin of Oakridge; four daughters, Hope House of Grants Pass, Wanda Wilson of Springfield, June Iveans of Phoenix, Ariz., and Jean Brence of Portland; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great- grandchildren. Burial will be at Springfield Memorial Gardens.
