Peeler, Elsie Lorene Oliver (Boots)

Elsie Lorene (Boots) Oliver Peeler, 81, of Eufaula, passed away Wednesday, 
November 20, 2002 at Cedar Manor In Checotah, Oklahoma. Graveside services 
will be held at 2 P.M., Friday, November 22, at Del City with Rev. Bruce 
Sanders officiating. Burial will be at the Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City 
under the direction of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home, Eufaula. Boots 
was born on July 18, 1921, in Howe, Oklahoma, the daughter of Luther and 
Martha Lou Oliver. She attended school at Howe. She married Earl Peeler on 
August 9, 1967 in Gainesville, Texas. Boots was an assembly line 
supervisor at the Little Giant Pump Company at Oklahoma City for over 33 
years. Survivors include her husband, Earl Peeler of Eufaula, three 
daughters, Gloria Hays & Zack of Eufaula, OK; Wilma Terry Wade of Houston, 
TX; Brenda Johnson and Mark of Midwest City, OK, two sons; Lowell Rudy 
Terry & Peggy of Eufaula, Earl Peeler, Jr. and Paula of Midwest City, OK, 
one sister; Marie Cummings of Sterling, CO; sister in-law, Lillian Oliver 
of Seminole, OK. She is survived by ten grandchildren; Rocky Niles, Jackie 
Davis, Alison Mains, Joey Terry, Jacie Kirby, Aaron Peeler, Angel Peeler, 
Amanda Peeler, Seth Johnson and Ben Johnson. Ten great grandchildren; 
Courtnay McCuller, Adam Davis, Chelsea Niles, Cody Mains, Lane Mains, 
Keaton Niles, Sierra Terry, Chase Terry, Zach Kirby & Tyler Kirby. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, Jackie Niles, a brother, 
E.E. Oliver and son Bryan Terry.
