Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Llano East Cemetery with the Rev. Dewey Mincey, outreach pastor at Christian Heritage Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. Walker was born in Poteau, Okla. He had lived in Amarillo for six years. He attended Tascosa High School. "In God's eyes, the greatest heroes of faith are not those who achieve prosperity, success, and power in this life, but those who treat this life as a temporary assignment and serve faithfully, expecting their promised reward in eternity:" Rick Warren, author of "The Purpose-Driven Life." Fly Away Brandon. He was preceded in death by a sister, Amy Michelle Walker in 2002. Survivors include his parents, Lewis and Ruth Ann Walker of Canyon; three sisters, Alicia Sue McDaniel, Crystal Barton and Tiffany Van Winkle, all of Amarillo; a brother, Anthony Lewis Walker of Amarillo; his grandparents, Evelee Chasteen of California, Velma Ruth Allen of Amarillo and Betty Chasteen of Mineral Wells.
