J.B. Willingham

September 15, 1924 May 8, 2005

Visitation for J.B. Willingham will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 
Niles Street) on Thursday evening May 12, 2005 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. and 
graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery on Friday 
morning, May 13, 2005 at 11:00 a.m.

J.B. was born in Panama, Oklahoma on September 15, 1924 and passed away at 
his home in Bakersfield, CA on May 8, 2005 with his family by his side.

J.B. is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Aurbie Willingham; 
brothers, Carl and Eldon Willingham; his only sister, Gladys; son, Johnny 
Willingham and infant son, Tommie Willingham. J.B. is survived by his 
wife, Jennie Willingham; brother and sister-in-law, Eugene and Lois 
Willingham; daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Bill Hardin; Vickie and 
James Sutton, Amy and Joe Trudo; son, Roger Willingham; son and daughter-
in-law, Jamie and Pam Willingham; son, James J. Spencer. J.B. had eleven 
grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, 
cousins, nieces, nephews, a family of in-laws and many, many friends that 
loved him dearly.

J.B. was a Heavy Equipment Operator for 40 years and was a member of the 
Operating Engineers Union Local #12. He was a member of the Bakersfield 
Blaze Booster Club since 1998. He loved the outdoors, fishing and being 
with family and friends. We will miss him forever. Rest well J.B., yours
