All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::West Lawn Memorial Park--Eugene OR Eugene Register Guard - Eugene Oregon 27 Feb 2004 Ermagene Warfel The funeral was held Feb. 24 for Ermagene Warfel of Eugene, who died Feb. 20 of cancer. She was 70. Warfel was born March 4, 1933, in Muse, Okla., to Walter and Beaula Henager. She married Mack Warfel on Nov. 4, 1967. Her family moved to Oregon when she was 2 years old. They lived in Westfir and Oakridge before moving to Eugene when she was 9, and she has lived there ever since. She attended Eugene High School. She worked for 30 years at Agripac and for eight years as a home health caregiver. Her interests included playing bingo, crocheting and needlepoint, camping, reading "true story" magazines and watching TV. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Steve Dyson of Eugene, Tom Dyson of Los Angeles and Mackie Warfel of Portland; six daughters, Linda Dyson of Springfield, Vickie Grantom of Eugene, Tressa Condos and Rita Henager, both of Junction City, Rosetta Labonte of Sheridan and Norma Mendosa of Houston; a sister, Velma O'Brien of Cheshire; two brothers, Clyde Henager of Eugene and Mouris Henager of Portland. 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Burial will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Eugene is in charge of arrangements.
