Dodd Cemetery  aka Old Dodd Cemetery

This long abandoned cemetery was relocated by Bob Chada, late in 1998.

A current survey of the area, shows some 12 - 15 sandstone markers still
in place. All are unreadable with the exception of one which appears to 
bear the inscription "Cindy, 64".

The remaining stone is of James Ashmon d: 9/19/1895, aged 64 years and 
his wife Nancy Ashmon d 7/29/1905, aged 67 with inscriptions "Father and Mother".

The stone probably owes its survival to the fact that it is literally 
"buried" in a large clump of cedar trees which must be climbed through for access.
