Cross Services for Mrs. Cornelia S. Cross, 85, a Cherokee Strip pioneer, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Davis-Miller Chapel. Rev. Davis Cecil of the First United Presbyterian Church will officiate and burial will be in Summit View Cemetery, directed by Davis-Miller Funeral Home. Mrs. Cross died Wednesday at the Guthrie Nursing Center. She was born in Eureka, Kansas on Feb. 25,1886, was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Survivors are one son, Howard; two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Kepley and Mrs. Malta Edgar and one brother, Russell More.
