::Clayton Memorial Cemetery--Clayton NM

Clara Marie Edmondson

CLAYTON, N.M. - Clara Marie Edmondson, 88, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, 
in Dumas.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church with 
the Rev. Andy Husted, pastor, and Dr. Don Poling, son-in-law of Mrs. 
Edmondson, officiating. Burial will be in Clayton Memorial Cemetery by 
Hass Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Edmondson was born in Orlando, Okla. She lived in Texas and Missouri 
before moving to New Mexico, where she graduated from Clayton High School. 
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

She married Manson Edmondson in 1932 at Clayton. He died in 1990.

Survivors include a son, Sam Edmondson of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a daughter, 
Phyllis Poling of Vega; and six grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church; or 
Crossroad Cowboy Ministries, P.O. Box 633, Vega, TX.
