Frank died in St. Anthony Hospital in Amarillo, Texas Friday morning. He was 81. The son of Thomas and Kate Frank, he was born Jan. 4, 1899, nine miles southwest of Guthrie. Surviving are his wife, Fern of the home; one son, Bud of Shidler; two daughters, Mrs. Vera Sorenson of Dodge City, Kan. and Mrs. Freda Hall of Burbank; 12 grandchildren, including Sally Seelinger, Alfred Hall III and Buddy Mike Hall, all of the Ponca City area; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward of Lake Village, Ark., and Lawrence of Guthrie; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Lewis of Silver Springs, Md; Mrs. Mary Cassidy of Alexander, Va., and Mrs. Tillie Bowen of Guthrie; also a number of nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Bertha Hall of Burbank. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Frank Beck. ***Another Obit for Carl Frank****** Carl Frank of Guymon died Friday morning at St. Anthony Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. He was 81 years of age. Services will be at Victor Memorial Methodist Church of Guymon on Monday January 21 at 2 p.m. Frank was born January 4, 1899, nine miles southwest of Guthrie. Survivors include his wife Fern, of the home; one son, Bud of Shidler; two daughters Mrs. Vera Sorenson of Dodge City, Kansas and Mrs. Freda Hall of Burbank, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Edward of Lake Village, Arkansas and Lawrence of Guthrie; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Lewis of Silver Springs, Md, Mrs. Mary Cassidy of Alexander, Vir. and Mrs. Tillie Bowen of Guthrie along with a number of nieces and nephews. Carl Frank died January 18, 1980, St. Anthony's Hospital, Amarillo, Texas.
