(Morrison) Seibel, 91, of Oklahoma City passed away on Tuesday, March 25. Mildred was born on April 19, 1911, to Charles and Lillie Belle Morrison in Guthrie, OK, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1920. She graduated from Central High School and attended Oklahoma City University, where she was a member of Kappa Tau sorority. She married her husband, Fred Seibel, in 1945. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Rourke. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who leaves behind her devoted husband, Fred Seibel; her daughter, Mary Frazier and husband Jack; and her grandsons, Scott Curtis and wife Amy Dawn; Jeff Curtis and wife Amy; and granddaughter, Lauren Curtis. Her brother-in-law, Arthur Seibel and wife Phyllis, sister-inlaw, Marg Seibel and numerous nieces and nephews, also survive her. Mildred was a long-time member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She loved growing flowers, working crossword puzzles and traveling. A memorial service will be held 11:00 Friday, March 28th, at Westminster Presbyterian Church. CREMATION SOCIETY 1145 W.
