Baker Graveside services for Arnold E. Baker, 38, of Lebanon, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 22, at Lakeview Cemetery, with the Rev. David Wilson officiating and Bunky Lemons giving the eulogy. Mr. Baker was born February 25, 1963, at Ardmore, the son of Vernon and Leta Mae Grantham Baker. He died Wednesday, December 19, 2001, in Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Mr. Baker had made his home in Lebanon for the past two years, previously living in Ardmore. He and Dianna Finton were married May 9, 1985, in Gainesville, Texas. Mr. Baker had been employed by Dollar General for the past seven years, and at the time of his death was the head shop mechanic. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Dianna Baker of the home; his father, Vernon Baker of Ardmore; two daughters, Catherine Laverne Baker of Shawnee and Mindy Lynne Baker of the home; three brothers, Thomas Baker of Mannsville, Floyd Baker of Lebanon and Vernon Lee Dickerson of Oklahoma City; and two sisters, Laverne Hilton of Marietta and Betty Jo Gonzalez of Stockton, California. Mr. Baker was preceded in death by his mother, Leta Mae Baker on September 26, 1995; two daughters, Holly Michelle Baker on October 2, 1985, and Lisa Marie Baker on January 26, 1996; and a brother, Gerald Wayne Baker on April 8, 1961. Pallbearers were David Magee, James Garrison, Sam Howard, Jack Howard, Lyle Baker and Eric Armstrong. Honorary pallbearers were Nathan Magee, James Arthur, Randy Freeman, Ritchie Baker, Earl Birney and Lynn Hilton. Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
