COMER SEPT. 26, 1921 - JULY 9, 2006 Randoll N. Comer, 84 of Stockton, passed away suddenly in Galt on Sunday, July 9, 2006. Born on September 26, 1921 in Burnyville, OK, he was a self-employed roofer for 60 years and owner of the C. E. Swift Roofing Co. He was a member of the San Joaquin Lodge #19 F & A M, Stockton Scottish Rite Bodies, Ben Ali Temple and the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Posse. He was a pilot and flew his own plane for many years and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II serving in the South Pacific. Randoll is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margie Comer of Stockton. Father of Norma Lee Carter of Oklahoma; stepfather of Judy C. Ncal-Hellwig of Stockton and Betty M. New of Escalon; grandfather of 10, great-grandfather of 16, and great-great-grandfather of 1; brother of Jack Comer of Woodbridge and Sylvia Swift of Palm Springs. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services Friday, July 14, 2006 at 10 a.m. in the Cherokee Memorial Park. San Joaquin Lodge officiating. Visitation hours Thursday 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way at Beckman Rd., Lodi. Memorial contributions to either Shriner's Children's Hospital, 2425 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817; American Heart Assoc., 1212 W.
