Boley Graveside services for Cleta S. Boley, 89, were Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, Texas. Officiating was Rev. Roland Luelf, minister of the First United Methodist Church. Born October 16, 1906, at Gainesville, Mrs. Boley died June 2, 1996, in the Love County Health Center, Marietta. She was the daughter of Will and Willie McPherson Clark. A resident of Thackerville most of her life, Mrs. Boley was a member of the First Methodist Church. She retired from the Denton State School where she served as a houseparent. Mrs. Boley was also a volunteer RSVP worker at Thackerville for many years. She married Curtis A. Boley who preceded her in death in 1948. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Doris Boley of Thackerville; a brother, Norman Clark of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Leona Pierce of Cleburne, Texas; two grandchildren, Lawrence Boley of Ardmore and Curtis Boley of Seattle, Washington; three great-grandchildren and a great- great-grandchild.
